Lead Tape Placement

Adding lead tape to the top will boost power and expand the sweet spot toward the top.

Adding lead tape to the 2 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions will boost power, add stability on off-center hits, and expand the sweet spot toward the top. Maneuverability is reduced however.

Adding lead tape to the edges enlarges the sweet spot and adds power. Lead tape at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions will reduce torque (racquet twisting) on off-center hits.

Adding lead tape to the bottom adds stability and expands the sweet spot down.

Adding lead tape to the handle with make the racquet heavier without sacrificing maneuverability and without affecting the swing weight.
