No returns for refunds will be accepted unless incorrect item was shipped by www.NothingButTennis.com, or if item has a manufacturer's defect. Any such returns will only be accepted within 30 days (postmarked) from the date of the order. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
Returns for store credit or exchanges will be accepted for items that were purchased as gifts but are the wrong size (shoes, shorts, skirts). Such returns must be postmarked within 30 days of date of order.
There is no return on used merchandise. Any used item returned to www.NothingButTennis.com will be shipped back to a customer at customer's expense.
There is no refund for shipping charges.
We cannot refund the material and labor costs associated with stringing racquets.

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL Ground, USPS
Priority Mail or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a serious defect or a shipping error on our part.
